Terms of Service

1. Services

Northbridge Digital provides done-for-you web presence services: website design and development, lead capture and management, local SEO, review-request automation, email automation, and related services as described on this site and in the specific scope agreed for your project.

2. Plans, setup fees & billing

• Launch: $499 one-time setup + $199/month. Grow: $997 one-time setup + $399/month.
• Setup fees are charged once when the engagement starts and are non-refundable once work has begun (we've already bought the time).
• Monthly fees are charged in advance via Stripe on the billing date each month.
• Project work (apps, funnels, landing pages) is quoted as a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts; the price doesn't change without a written change order.

3. Ownership

You own everything we build for you: the website, the content, the domain, the code, and every lead generated. On cancellation (or full payment of any project balance), we hand over whatever's needed to keep your site running elsewhere — files, assets, and access. There's no hostage-taking, ever.

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime with written notice (email is fine). Your site stays live until the end of the paid month, and you keep everything — site files, domain, leads, and accounts. We don't charge cancellation fees and we don't make it hard to leave.

5. What we don't guarantee

We work hard to make your site bring in customers, but we don't guarantee specific lead counts, rankings, or revenue. Search rankings depend on factors outside our control (including Google's algorithm and your competitors). Anyone who guarantees rankings is selling you something.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to leads in a reasonable time, and give us access to accounts needed to do the work (domain registrar, Google Business Profile, etc.). Delays in providing these may push timelines back.

7. Acceptable use

We don't build sites for illegal activity, fraud, or deceptive businesses. We also don't build sites that mislead consumers. We reserve the right to decline work that violates this.

8. Liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you've paid us in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Privacy

How we collect and use your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; changes will be posted here with a new date and, for material changes, we'll email current clients.
