When you use our contact or audit form — the name, business name, business type, city, phone number, email address, website (if you give it), and the message you send. Phone is optional.
When you pay for a plan — payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card number. We receive the email address you pay with and a confirmation of the amount and plan, which we keep for billing records.
Automatically — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) so we can keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful. We do not use third-party ad trackers or sell any data to anyone.
If you email us or submit a form, we may reply by email. Every outreach email we send includes a simple way to unsubscribe (reply "unsubscribe"), and we honor it.
Outreach emails contain a small, invisible tracking image (a 1x1 pixel) that records only the time the email was opened and basic technical details (approximate location/device from the IP address). It exists so we know which emails are actually read, so we can stop emailing people who aren't interested. You can disable image loading in your email client to prevent this, and it never affects how we handle a reply or unsubscribe request.
Clients receive a private portal (thenorthbridgemi.org/portal) showing their own leads and monthly performance. Access requires the client's unique code, and each client can only see their own data — no cross-client access is possible.
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. We may use minimal technical storage needed for the site to function.
We keep lead and billing records only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal/accounting requirements. You may ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — email hello@thenorthbridgemi.org and we'll act within a reasonable time.
The site is served over HTTPS. Lead data is stored on our own server with restricted access. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Our pages may link to external sites (e.g., Stripe for payments). We're not responsible for their privacy practices — check their policies if you have concerns.
